3. Hosting and Content Management System (WordPress)

Our website is operated using the WordPress content management system.

6. Calendar Functions (“Subscribe to Calendar” / “Add to Calendar”)

For events listed on our website, you have the option of adding events to a personal calendar using the “Subscribe to Calendar” or “Add to Calendar” functions.

7.1. Contact Form

When you send us an enquiry using the contact form, the data you provide—your name, email address and message—is stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your enquiry and responding to any follow-up questions.

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without this information, we may not be able to process your enquiry.

The data is processed for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for the purpose of responding to your enquiry on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We do not disclose your data to third parties without your consent, and it is stored only for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry.

7.2. Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter through our website. When you subscribe, your email address and your name or company name are collected.

Subscription is voluntary. After subscribing, you will receive only our AI newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending us a message.
